As we approach National Volunteer Week from April 27 to May 3, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation to the incredible volunteers who make Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association (HSCA) what it is today.
This year, Volunteer Canada has chosen the inspiring theme, ‘Volunteers Make Waves: Together, we create a ripple of change.’ The theme beautifully captures how individual and collective acts of kindness and dedication create powerful, positive impacts in our communities. Like a ripple that grows into a wave, each volunteer contribution propels us forward, making a lasting difference.

You bring creativity, empathy, and dedication, strengthening the belonging and well-being of our neighbourhood.
