It’s Lisa here with your Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association. As a regular contributor to the monthly neighbourhood Hillhurst Sunnyside Voice magazine, and HSCA Blog, I’m looking for community members to participate in a fun, pop-in/pop-out initiative for the next newsletter. We will explore “Historical Street Names: Then & Now” in the next issue of the Voice and will need a cover photo.
We’d like to invite our friends and neighbours to join in a few group photos next to the pedestrian gates with the historical street names of 10A, 11, 11A and 12 Streets, along the Kensington Road alley. The community photos will be featured on the cover of the September 2019 Voice magazine, which is delivered to ~7,200 households in our community.
You do not have to be a resident on the street to be included in the photos! Hillhurst, Sunnyside, Kensington? – come on down. Just show up at your favourite pedestrian gate(s) at the places, date and times listed below:
